Paul, I just wanted to thank you for all you have done. I'm a junior in college studying to be a marine biologist, and when things got pretty rough last year, KISS changed my life. I've known about KISS all my life, but I never took the time out to listen to the band, and when I finally did during my sophomore year, things just clicked. Everything just seemed right with the music, the performance, and how it related to me. I can't put into words how dear I hold KISS to my heart now and how much it's influenced my life since I heard Detroit Rock City over a year ago. So again, I want to sincerely thank you, and all the other members for being such a positive influence in my life.
My starchild Erin Christine.

Sonic Boom
From : Mark Stone
On : 2009-09-24
I've been a fan of yours since I was barely able to walk having overheard my older cousin playing Destroyer. As a teenager I lived and breathed KISS, and my fascination with KISS has hardly daunted over the years. If not for the message of you and your band hammering into me the belief there are no limits as long as you believe in yourself it's hard telling where I would be. Anyway, back to the music...after the superb album Revenge I was fairly disappointed with Psycho Circus, but I just heard Sonic Boom. HOLY SHIT, MAN. I CAN'T STOP LISTENING TO IT!!! This thing belongs on the same pedestal as Destroyer, Creatures of the Night, Lick It Up, Animalize and the previously mentioned Revenge. This is just straight, punch you in the gut rock, and it is APPRECIATED, especially given the crap that's been coming out. GREAT vocals, Paul!!! Gene hasn't kicked this much ass on the bass since the late 70's. Tommy is a surprise, better than I thought, and Eric Singer...you tell him I mean no disrespect to Eric Carr (may he rest in peace) but ES is the best drummer you guys ever had. ROCK ON!!!

Congratulations on the great news - It seems this recognition comes for many artists at a time when they have found new creative depths within themselves and so for the enthusiasm those who love you for who you are identify as your very essence to await release at this particular time in the form of new work can only be at least doubly-rewarding. While the standards of others are always secondary to those of the creative spirit, I am most impressed with the kind of generosity that simply gives without measuring the value of one loving contribution in relation to another. The birthing act does not occur without some pain, but ultimately amounts to great joy that none has the right to contest. I celebrate KISS for the confidence with which it has announced itself to the world from day one and feel proud to witness each and every success that has marked its high-heeled stomp thru history!

Hi Paul, just wanted to say CONGRATS on all your successes! You are truely blessed! I recently felt the need to write cause I found out this past Saturday I have an illness most if not anyone would want but it has made me really think about the release of Sonic Boom! I can't wait to hear it, if I do, I should though, GOD willing. And also wanted to let you know that there are fans like me out here that WILL and WANT to buy ANY KISS record you put out! I'D love to have another set of NEW SOLO records, by or not by new members, and any and all new music you can record and all the stuff that never made it onto earlier records. I have all the KISSOLOGY's and the box set but I know there is music you have created that I've never heard BUT WOULD LOVE TO! THANK YOU for your SACRIFICE and DEDICATION to us the fans! I will have KISS playing at my furneral and burial!
You are a STAR!

Hello Paul,\r\n\r\nAs an artist myself...I want to say I just love your artwork. It is so creative and enchanting. As a child, one of my first creations on paper was the artwork from the cover of Rock and Roll Over...I loved drawing all of you guys..You being my favorite! I ended up being a makeup artist for Revlon...so at least I followed my dream for awhile. I was lucky enough to see you from a distance at the Wentworth Gallery in Charlotte, NC when you were here in 2007. I admired your work, and wished with all my heart I could afford to purchase one of your beautiful creations...but at the time I was unemployed, so I had look and capture your beauty in my memories. I look forward to when you visit NC again....hopefully I will be able to meet you and purchase purple haze. You are a beautiful soul and your music and art have inspired me so! \r\nxoxo\r\nForever\r\nChelie

I have loved you since 1979. I'm 40 now and I am understanding that life is what we make it. Share it and express it while we can, love and allow ourselves to be loved, enrich and advocate for others when provided the chance. Your poetic and charismatic presence inspires others to be all that we can be. You are truly beautiful, Paul. I will always love you. You are also the most incredibly gorgeous man on the face of the earth! (Had to add that!) Love, Barbara.

PAUL SURPRISED WITH TELLY PRESENTATION
From : PAULSTANLEY.com

by Jill Cataldo
During an exhibition of his artwork on Saturday, Paul Stanley was honored with a surprise award ceremony at Wentworth Gallery in Schaumburg, Illinois.
Paul's concert film "One Live KISS" was selected as a Telly Award winner earlier this summer, and during Paul's art VIP reception, director and producer Louis Antonelli personally presented Paul with his Telly Award statuette and certificate.
"Several years ago... Paul and I embarked on making a motion picture
together, and that picture has been considered a classic. We have been honored by being selected to win a 2009 Classic Gold Telly Award," said Antonelli. He added, "This is Paul's first time seeing [the awards,] and I think he's just an amazing artist and an amazing man. The opportunity to make this film with him and present him with these awards means the world to me, and to share it with him, of course, is an honor."
"That's a great surprise!" Stanley said, admiring the dual statuettes, adding, "Awesome... we did it!"
Producers Paul Stanley & Louis Antonelli both received the Classic Gold Telly Awards, which are presented to film & video productions that are considered to be the finest in the 30 year history of the Telly Awards.
Founded in 1978, the Telly is the premier award honoring outstanding local, regional and cable TV programs, as well as the finest video and film productions. The 30th Annual Telly Awards received over 14,000 entries from all 50 states and five continents.

PAUL IN CHICAGO THIS WEEKEND
From : EXAMINER
On : 2009-09-10
“The great thing about doing art shows is you get to meet the people who are interested in your art, and I think that when you’re purchasing a piece of art it’s a tremendous bonus to get to meet the artist because you get a chance to pick their brain a bit and find out first hand what the piece is about for the artist,” stated Paul Stanley - the rock and roll legend and accomplished artist - in an interview with Melanie Falina of Examiner.com, “But on the other hand, I think that ultimately – as I say to most of the people who are acquiring art – I can tell you my reality of a piece but ultimately what’s more important will be yours. I can tell you what a piece means to me but just as valid if not more is what it means to you.”
Wentworth Galleries will be hosting the art of Paul Stanley this Friday and Saturday.
Wentworth Galleries is located in the Woodfield Shopping Center at 5 Woodfield Shopping Center in Schaumburg, Illinois.

Hi Paul!
I can't wait to get the new KISS cd. I love your music and of course, KISS. I sing every Sunday at my local VFW and I sing Rock and Roll All Nite for them. Its like karaoke, but I been told, I am a huge hit there! Thats nice to know.
I have been feeling real down lately. My best friend, April, of 26 years, has breast cancer!! I am in shock and disbelief! I don't know how to help her. I am in Florida and she is in Ohio. I wish I could see her and be there for her! I do talk to her on the phone and I try to keep her spirits up. She is like my soul-sister! I love her very much, Paul! Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers! She needs them very much. Thank you!
Hope you and your family are doing good. God Bless!
Hope you come down to Tampa FL, on the concert tour. Would love to see my first KISS show!! :) xoxo
